Small group conversations are where the magic happens.
That doesn't mean you have to forgo your mega conference and plan 25 small field events per month to reach your audience, though.
It means you need to put time and energy into creating the right small group conversations at your mega conference.
Here's a few ways to bring those impactful conversations to life at your next conference:
💡 Host small group innovation tours to a nearby customer site or to a location relevant to your attendees
💡 Host a large Spontaneous Think Tank that breaks down into small discussion groups
💡 Host hospitality excursions in small groups to promote deeper networking through shared experiences
💡 Host an advisory council before your event for a small (but influential) group of attendees
💡 Run pre- or post-event workshops for smaller groups to get hands on with solving a problem
💡 Run a hackathon where people join together to solve a problem in a short amount of time (and compete for prizes!)
As they say, "the riches are in the niches," so niching down to smaller groups within your larger events creates more meaningful (and profitable) connections.
Our Club Ichi small group gatherings are lined up for 2024 and as an Insider you get FREE or discounted access to them. Explore what's coming up here: https://www.weareichi.com/gatherings
I guess I took the photo? Not bad for not being a camera junkie.🙃
